After completing PiYo, I decided to follow it up with 21 Day Fix because I still need major help working on my eating habits. (Apparently there really isn't much nutritional value in s'mores and ice cream.)
This workout comes with containers, each an appropriate serving size representing a type of food. This is great because it takes the guesswork out of what and how much to eat. It even comes with some recipes and lots of helpful tips on how to stay on track with the eating plan, as well as some cheat meals you can enjoy too.
