This gurl loves Pumpkin Pie, and so if I can find a way to get my Pumpkin Pie fix AND give my body the nutrients it needs PLUS keep my diet clean, that's a major bonus right there!
I have to say, this recipe is a real winner, and you can count on me drinking it a lot as the fall colors change up here in New England.
Pumpkin Pie Spice Shakeology Recipe
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
5-6 Ice Cubes
Place everything in the blender and blend until all ingredients are mixed well and ice is broken down.
Enjoy a little fall treat, and stay on track with a healthy diet!
